Europe Region | Webinar on demand! Empowering Recovery: The Role of Physiotherapy in Cancer Care - Joint webinar
The Europe Region of World Physiotherapy and the International Physical Therapists for Hope (IPT-HOPE) held a joint webinar to present clinical cases of patients living with cancer.
On Tuesday 24 March 2026, the Cancer Working Group of the Europe Region of World Physiotherapy, in collaboration with IPT-HOPE, held a webinar on the role of physiotherapy in cancer care through patient cases.
Patient cases bring theory to life and provide practical, hands-on insights into real patient scenarios, bridging the gap between research evidence and everyday clinical practice. This webinar provided knowledge on why exercise is medicine in cancer care and how it improves outcomes during and after cancer treatment.Â
The event grabbed the attention of more than 370 physiotherapists over the world.
If you were unable to attend or would like to watch it again, the recording is now available on our YouTube channel!
